The premise

Recognized, not created.

FUCEE makes the ceremonial claim that it began when physical law began. No human founded thermodynamics, probability, matter, energy, or the passage of time. The joke places the institution beneath observable reality rather than above it.

The human administrative chapter began in 2026, when a long-running set of questions received a name, a filing system, and an unnecessarily official title.

The method

Question the claim. Do not demean the person.

FUCEE examines claims about signs, miracles, providence, chance, purpose, and divine intervention. It does not treat believers, grieving people, or private sources of comfort as targets.

People deserve dignity. Public causal claims deserve questions. Both statements can remain true at once.

Why church language?

Because certainty looks different behind a records desk.

Church language lets FUCEE examine the habits of doctrine, revelation, authority, salvation, and exemption by transferring them to an institution that openly claims none of those powers.

The ceremonial tone creates useful friction. A claim about favored weather sounds different when routed through the Office of Weather Non-Intervention. A scientific correction sounds healthier when the institution explicitly refuses to call it heresy.

The satire is aimed at unsupported certainty and bureaucratic confidence, including FUCEE’s own. It is not aimed at the ordinary human need for community, ritual, comfort, or meaning.

The boundary

Creator questions and intervention claims are separate.

A creator may exist. A creator may have established the laws of the universe. FUCEE takes no required position on that question.

The observable machinery still operates through physical laws. A claim that a creator changed a particular outcome—this recovery, that storm, one team’s victory—is a more specific claim and carries an evidentiary burden.

“Nobody can disprove it” is not positive evidence. “It means something to me” can be completely sincere without settling what caused the event.

Nature of the institution

Satire, philosophy, and science communication.

FUCEE is not an actual source of divine authority, an organized religion, a substitute for scientific education, or a provider of legal or ceremonial services. Its explanations are designed for public understanding and label simplification, metaphor, and uncertainty where those distinctions matter.

Scientific mistakes should be corrected rather than defended as doctrine. Confidence is provisional. The experiment still runs.
