I

Observable reality outranks preferred interpretation

A description earns authority by surviving contact with evidence, not by being comforting, inherited, or beautifully phrased.

Preferences can guide what we hope to find. They cannot decide what happened. FUCEE begins with the observable record and keeps interpretations clearly labeled.

Filing note: reality has declined all requests for advance approval.

II

Intervention requires evidence

A claimed intervention requires evidence beyond a meaningful or favorable outcome.

An outcome may be moving, rare, or life-changing. Those qualities explain why it matters to us; they do not, by themselves, establish an outside cause.

III

Meaning and mechanism are different questions

What an event means to a person and what physically caused it may both matter without being the same claim.

Meaning can be made, shared, and cherished. Mechanism asks what produced the event. Confusing the two makes both harder to examine honestly.

IV

Questions are not moral failures

Doubt, inquiry, and requests for evidence are not defects of character.

A claim that cannot tolerate a sincere question needs stronger support, not better protection from the questioner.

No demerits are issued for asking how we know.

V

Corrections are not heresy

A scientific mistake should be corrected rather than defended as institutional identity.

FUCEE has no doctrine-protection mechanism. Better evidence, clearer language, and expert correction are reasons to revise the record.

VI

No person is exempt

Belief, office, wealth, certainty, and ceremonial titles confer no exemption from physical law.

Your beliefs will not be held against you. They will not protect you either. The Current Temporary Administrator remains fully subject to gravity.

VII

Probability does not become intention afterward

A surprising result does not acquire a planner merely because it surprised us.

Low-probability events occur. Selection effects make the remarkable survivors easier to notice than the unremarkable non-events surrounding them.

Hindsight may submit comments but receives no vote.

VIII

Wonder does not require personalization

The universe can be astonishing without being a message addressed to us.

Explanation does not drain an event of beauty. Knowing more about a storm, a cell, or a star usually gives wonder more structure, not less.

IX

Uncertainty is an honest position

“We do not know” is preferable to an answer that exceeds the evidence.

Uncertainty is not a vacancy that any confident story may occupy. It is a faithful description of the present boundary of knowledge.

X

Scientific language is not ceremonial incense

Thermodynamic terms must not be used to make mysticism sound measured.

Metaphor can be useful when marked as metaphor. Formal claims require formal care. Entropy is not a mood, a deity, or a universal explanation for inconvenience.

XI

Human dignity survives disagreement

Question the claim. Do not demean the person.

People deserve care even when their explanations deserve scrutiny. Grief, hope, and private comfort are not targets for sport.

XII

The universe is under no obligation to flatter us

Reality need not arrange itself around our importance, team affiliation, timetable, or preferred weather.

This is not an argument against joy. It is an invitation to find joy without requiring the cosmos to have selected us for special handling.

Requests for preferred outcomes remain outside departmental jurisdiction.

Article XIII · automatically applicable

These articles are not exempt from themselves.

Evidence outranks preferred FUCEE language, too. If a statement is scientifically careless, needlessly cruel, or more certain than its support, it should be revised in the public record.
